David Pokorny
Manager & Tour guide
After a career as a television director and later as a communications consultant, I returned to my beautiful hometown of Vienna to share the love and enthusiasm for this beautiful city with our guests as a Dutch ‘local’. My team and I will be happy to give you a tour of our favourite places that you will never forget!
Who are we?
My Vienna Tours is a young company, but one with a lot of experience. For some years now, more and more enthusiastic travellers in Prague have been travelling with us via 360 Tours Prague. Now we’re in Vienna.
Our success is due to the fact that we always develop our tours by listening to the wishes of our guests. This of course supplemented with our own local knowledge! We are locals but with Dutch roots.
We would like to share our passion and enthusiasm for our cities with you. Are you coming with us?
Karlien Kloosterboer
Tour guide & Office Manager
Hi, I’m Karlien and I moved from the Netherlands to Vienna in September 2016.
In the Netherlands I worked for years as a recruiter and trainer. After that I gained experience in Vienna, among other things, in Facility Management, healthcare and as a tour guide. As a Dutch person in Vienna I can therefore also tell a lot about my personal experiences and the niceties and peculiarities of Vienna.
Vienna is really a great city to discover by bike, especially for people who like cycling just like me. Want to go on a tour?!
Margaret Wohlfarter
Tour guide
I am Margaret and an enthusiastic certified guide in Vienna – cycling and walking :-). Born in Austria, I have lived in Vienna for many years and for over 25 years I have been guiding guests from different countries around the beautiful city of Vienna. Especially guests from the Netherlands and Belgium I like to show the former ‘imperial city’ by bike.
“Vienna is best known for its many museums, music, culture, architecture and last but not least the “Heuriger”. The place for delicious food and a good glass of wine. Vienna offers a lot of “green” like for example the Wienerwald, the Prater, the Danube floodplains and the Danube Island. These areas are ideal for exploring by bike”.
I would like to take you along for many unforgettable impressions of this beautiful city!
Rudy Evers
Tour guide
Hello! I was born in the Netherlands, but thanks to love I “landed” in Vienna a long time ago. And I’m certainly not grieving for that! A lovely, liveable city with a special ‘imperial’ flair.
As a certified guide, I have been guiding guests around special Vienna for many years and showing them places you wouldn’t otherwise find. Come with us on a voyage of discovery and you will fall in love with this city!
Anneliese Reijnders
Tour guide
I’m a real Viennese with Dutch parents. At home we spoke Dutch and thus grew up bilingual.
Since 1995 I have been working as a certified guide in Vienna and the surrounding area and can’t imagine a more enjoyable job.
Vienna is a great city to discover by bike. For me, going out with Dutch-speaking guests is always an extra fun tour. It is always the opportunity for me to share Vienna in the Dutch language with others.
My interests are music, art and architecture. I also like to be in nature with a nice meal and a good glass of wine at the end of the day. Let Vienna have it all! Are you coming along?
