Our website and/or service does not intend to collect information about website visitors who are under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children in order to prevent data being collected about them without parental permission. Conditions before, during and after the tour

Before the tour:

• Listen clearly to the safety instructions in the guide.
• To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary in order to be able to perform our services.

During the tour:

• Use the material (the bike and its accessories) correctly and avoid unsuitable places (steps, curbs, etc.).
• Park the bike in the designated spaces and lock the bike correctly.
• Always follow the normal streets and local laws (also for the use of helmets, hats etc).
• Accept the responsibility for the imposition/settlement of a fine given by an authorized person during the tour/activity.
• Do not change the bike during the tour/activity (except in case of necessary repairs).
• In case of damage or theft to the bike, please contact us directly (within one hour). In case of theft of the bicycle we expect a delivered police report.

At the end of the tour:

• Return the materials in the same condition as you received them.
• In case of theft or damage to the bike, accept the payment of an appropriate fine.

By accepting the terms and conditions you agree to the fact that:

• You (and your group) as a customer, are responsible for your own safety.
• You (and your group) are familiar with all the local rules and regulations regarding cycling and/or activities.
• You (and your group) accept all risks inherent to the activities.
• You (and your group) are insured by a third party.
• You (and your group) are responsible for your health/ safety during the activity or that may affect your activity. Think of medication use, being pregnant, being a form of illness. My Vienna Tours takes no responsibility for damage or injury to users/operators of our service/activities.
